Who can access our services?
SereneCare welcomes applications from adults aged 18 and above who have a primary diagnosis of a learning disability. Our specialized therapeutic environment is designed for those who benefit from structured, compassionate care in a residential or community-based setting.

Following initial inquiry, we arrange visits for familiarization. Our transitional programs ensure a smooth and stress-free move-in experience.
After placement
Regular progress meetings are held to ensure rights are upheld and support remains tailored to evolving goals and aspirations.
Emergency admission
We recognize that situations can change rapidly. Our safety-first assessment protocol allows for rapid evaluation and placement when an immediate safe environment is required.
